Cultivate, Educate, Originate
Pulpworm has extensive experience in delivering Creative Journaling workshops in educational and community settings.
Creative Journaling focuses on using art and words as a means of emotional expression and articulating feelings. Its health and wellbeing benefits include help with stress release, self-esteem and self-awareness. The participants will be provided with inspiration on how to start a journal, journal prompts and how to continue with keeping the journal. The session will include collage work as well as written pieces.
Traditional journaling uses words in a traditional sense where creative journaling uses visual techniques and can enable participants to grow by developing personal growth, creativity, life planning, career and employability skills and health.
Workshops can be offered on a half-day or full-day basis and can also be delivered over a longer period of time according to the requirements of the establishment.
